PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — This holiday season UScellular, now part of T-Mobile, gave back to the Presque Isle community by donating $1,500 worth of hockey equipment.
The donation will help Presque Isle Minor Hockey fulfill the organization’s mission of providing local youth with an opportunity to become physically active, learn teamwork and leadership skills, develop friendships, learn fair-play and improve self-confidence, while growing the game of hockey. This donation is one of more than 50 the company is making across the country to non-profits in need of support.
UScellular has long been known for its deep connection to local communities and has donated needed items to local non-profits for the holidays for many years. T-Mobile has a shared commitment to supporting local communities and with the companies now joined together, they are helping more people stay connected and creating new opportunities for the areas they serve. This donation, and the many others taking place throughout the country, showcase how the companies are better together.
