Northern Light Home Care and Hospice will offer free six-week grief support groups in Van Buren and Presque Isle next month.
In Van Buren, the group will meet weekly from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, starting Jan. 6, at The Connect Center in Van Buren.
In Presque Isle, participants will gather weekly, also from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, starting Jan. 7, at Northern Light AR Gould Hospital.
The group is free and open to anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one.
When someone we love dies, it can feel overwhelming. You may feel alone and that no one understands what you are going through. The truth is that many are walking a similar path. Consider coming to a place where you can talk, grieve, and move forward with people who are also grieving.
Each group is limited to 12 participants.
