Huskies starting 10th flag football season

The Aroostook Huskies are gearing up for their 10th summer of flag football and welcome boys and girls ages 4-12 to join.

A parent night is planned at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13, in the Edmunds Conference Room at Northern Maine Community College in Presque Isle.

The cost for the program is $25 plus a $5 online registration fee.

All practices and games will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday evenings at the Huskies field on Route 1 between Presque Isle and Caribou.

The season will start on Monday, June 1, and run through Wednesday, July 29.

Register on the team website, aroostookfootball.org, then click “player registration” and follow the steps.
