HOULTON, Maine – Lisa Hutchinson, vice president of operations for F.A. Peabody Insurance, is pleased to announce that Tracey Quint has earned the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist designation, a professional credential focused on the insurance and risk management needs of the construction industry.
The CRIS program helps insurance professionals gain a deeper understanding of the unique risks contractors face and the coverages available to help protect their businesses.
Quint joined F.A. Peabody Insurance in 2017 as a personal lines customer service agent and moved into a commercial lines customer service agent role in 2020. She is committed to continuing her professional education to better serve clients and help them navigate their insurance needs. In addition to the CRIS designation, Quint has earned both the Accredited Customer Service Representative – Personal Lines and Accredited Customer Service Representative – Commercial Lines designations.
“Tracey continues to play an important role at F.A. Peabody Insurance through her commitment to continuing education within the insurance industry,” Hutchinson said. “This designation strengthens her knowledge and understanding of the risks and exposures associated with the construction industry, which ultimately benefits the clients she serves.”
“Having several contractors in my book of business, this certification helps me better understand policy structures, specialized coverages, and when those coverages may be needed, whether a client is performing their own work or acting as a subcontractor,” Quint said. “The knowledge gained through the program will help me better serve our contractor and construction clients and address their unique insurance needs.”
Quint lives in Hodgdon with her husband Olin. They have two grown children, Justin and Taylor. She enjoys time at the lake and spending time with family and friends.
