To the editor:
Upon reading my 2006 tax bill and “How your tax dollars are spent,” I began to wonder about how the last item was spent.
All other expenses were one-third of the total dollars spent. Can someone explain what other dollars were spent on?
When I did bookkeeping and accounting, we posted it as miscellaneous expenses. That was a very small amount spent in the business.
Please, why is “all other” $10,138,322.74? “All other” does not show a true picture of how our dollars are spent.
