The Little School Restoration Committee invites all to attend their second annual Community Christmas Tree Lighting at the Little School on the Station Road on Sunday, Dec. 2, at 4:30 p.m. Hot chocolate and cookies will be served and Christmas carols will be sung around the tree.    Come celebrate the beginning of the Christmas season at the Little School where many of Easton’s children were educated for 43 years, from 1926-69.

Students collecting clothing

Members of the National Honor Society in Easton are collecting items of clothing for Catholic Charities. The organization then in turn sells the clothing and buys food or whatever else may be necessary to help people in need. If you have any clothes around that you don’t want any longer, please take them to the Easton High School and drop them off. Your kindness is greatly appreciated.

Home for the holidays

Mark and Carole Smith were home from Portland to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with his mom, Ezalee, and other family members.
