Joseph M. Dobbins, 21, Houlton: assault on an officer, 240 days in jail, probation partially revoked.

Laura C. McDonald, 33, Bangor: assault, dismissed; criminal mischief, 48 hours in jail. 

James P. Peaslee, 39, Easton: murder, 60 years in prison, $4,200 restituiton.

Matthew P. Schools, 34, Corinna: OUI (drugs or combo), license suspended for 150 days, $500 fine; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Joseph M. Dobbins, 21, Houlton: domestic violence assault, prior domestic violence, 36 months in prison, all but 240 days suspended, 2 years probation; domestic violence criminal threatening, prior domestic violence, dismissed. 

Marc T. Weston, 40, Skowhegan: unlawful possession of a scheduled drug (2 counts), $500 fine (first), dismissed (second).

Matthew P. Schools, 34, Corinna: failing to stop and render aid for personal injury, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; driving to endanger, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 90 days, $575 fine. 

Meggan Pratt, 41, Houlton: domestic violence assault, 60 days in jail, all suspended, 1 year probation, $300 fine. 

Joel E. Quint, 55, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, filed on $100 costs. 

Herbert Winter, 54, Glassville, New Brunswick: unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, filed on $250 costs. 

Danielle Howe, 35, Houlton: aggravated assault, dismissed; domestic violence assault (2 counts), dismissed (first), 364 days in jail, 1 year probation (second); domestic violence reckless conduct, dismissed; criminal mischief, 7 days in jail. 

Daniel T. Vose, 35, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 90 days in jail.

Forrest N. Heath, 24, Patten: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug (3 counts), $400 fine (each); unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed.

Kevin Cox, 27, Patten: domestic violence reckless conduct, 180 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended, 1 year probation; domestic violence criminal threatening, 48 hours in jail; endangering the welfare of a child, 48 hours in jail.
