Star City Seniors Club holds regular meeting

The Star City Seniors Club members met at the VFW with 25 members and one guest, Carol-Jean Lougee, Barb and Phil Buchanan’s niece. The blessing was said by Delores Brown.     The meeting was called to order by President Betty Wilson with the “Lord’s Prayer,” flag salute and one verse of “America.”
The secretary’s report by Delores Brown was given and accepted by showing of hands.
The treasurer’s report by Jean Easler was given and accepted.
President Betty mentioned about our sick members: Marie and Granville Lamb, Mrs. Bea Wasson, Walter Gramor. Also remembered was Ethal Giles who lost her daughter this week. We will play Bingo next week. Keep each other in prayer and we will see you all next week.
The meeting adjourned to play Bingo.
