LITTLETON, Maine — The Littleton Playground Revitalization Committee is hosting a “Tame the Track” snowmobile event Saturday, Feb. 5 as a fundraiser for new playground equipment.
The Chase the Checkers Vintage, Trail, and Endurance Races will be held on U.S. Route 1 behind the Littleton Town Office.
The races will run 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and concessions including hot dogs, soups, chili, desserts, hot cocoa and coffee will be available.
A public supper and awards ceremony will take place at the Meduxnekeag Ramblers Snowmobile Club from 4:30-6:30 p.m. The menu includes pork, baked beans, salads, rolls, and dessert.
