HOULTON, Maine – Katahdin Trust Company is pleased to announce the promotion of 17 employees across various departments within the Bank.
The following Katahdin Trust employees were recently promoted: Tori Barber, Angela Tennett Butler, Tabitha Corey, Jessica Dahms and Sue Fox. Additionally, several team members from the Bank’s operations center also received promotions: Sam Clockedile, Whitney Francis, Candice Glover, Casey Gove, Katie Hill, Tannis Lundin, Jeremy MacArthur, Joe Porter, Andrew Putnam, Jasmine Rockwell, Sarah Silliboy and Miranda Wotton.

Tori Barber has been promoted to vice president, training manager. Tori started as a teller in 1991 with the Presque Isle branch opening. She has held various customer service roles including branch manager and was promoted to assistant vice president in 2018 and named training manager in 2020. Tori is a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking and has earned several banking-related diplomas including consumer lending and general banking. Tori is a member of the Junior Achievement Volunteer Task Force.
Angela Tennett Butler has been promoted to executive vice president, chief banking officer. Angela joined the Bank in 2016 as senior vice president, commercial services officer. She was named senior vice president of retail and business banking in 2019 and executive vice president in 2021. She has been in banking for 30 years and is a graduate of Colby College and Northern New England School of Banking. Angela serves on the board for Community Health & Counseling Services and Coastal Enterprises, Inc.
Sam Clockedile has been promoted to vice president, marketing officer. Sam began his career at Katahdin Trust in 2010 as a marketing assistant. He was promoted to marketing officer in 2018 and to assistant vice president in 2020. Sam obtained his bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Maine Presque Isle. He is a certified financial marketing professional and has completed the Young Professionals Institute, Northern New England School of Banking and American Bankers Association’s Bank Marketing School. Sam has also earned diplomas in general banking and bank marketing.
Tabitha Corey has been promoted to assistant vice president, quality control loan analyst. In 2015, Tabitha began as a branch service representative in Presque Isle. She joined the commercial department in 2019 when she was named commercial loan processor and added quality control analyst to her role in 2022. Tabitha has completed her principles of banking and law and banking applications banking classes and serves as the youth treasurer for the Washburn Pentecostal Church.
Jessica Dahms has been promoted to assistant vice president, commercial loan processing manager. Jessica began her career at Katahdin Trust in 2019 as a commercial banking specialist. She obtained her associate degree in accounting from Northern Maine Community College, attended the New England School of Banking, and is working towards her commercial loan assistant banking diploma. Jessica serves as treasurer for Gerald E Talbot Community School PTO and volunteers at several school events.
Sue Fox has been promoted to assistant vice president, appraisal department manager. Sue has been with Katahdin Trust since 2006. She started her banking career as a teller before joining the commercial services department in 2007. Sue was named appraisal department manager in 2019 and promoted to officer in 2020. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and physical education from the University of Maine and is currently working on her bachelor’s degree in accounting. Sue has also earned her intro to credit analysis certificate, commercial lending basic certificate, and completed the Young Professionals Institute.
Whitney Francis has been promoted to bank operations officer. Whitney joined Katahdin Trust in 2013 as an operations assistant. She was named electronic banking clerk in 2013 and electronic banking clerk II in 2019. In her new role, Whitney will continue to supervise and direct staff in the Proof Department while providing efficient and professional help desk support to internal and external customers. Whitney has earned her supervisor/team leader certificate and attended the Young Professional Institute.
Candice Glover has been promoted to technical training & implementation officer. Candice has 24 years of banking experience, joining Katahdin Trust in 2013. She has served in a variety of roles including electronic banking clerk, trainer, technical training coordinator, and software implementation. She has earned her bank operations diploma and supervisor certificate. Candice is a certified training professional and volunteers her time helping the Halfway Home Pet Rescue.
Casey Gove has been promoted to data security officer. Casey first joined Katahdin Trust as an intern in 2017 before returning as a full-time technical support specialist in 2019. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity from the University of Maine at Fort Kent and an associate degree in computer and networking from Northern Maine Community College. Casey is CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst, CySA+, CompTIA Security+, and CompTIA Linux+ certified. He currently serves on the steering committee for Leadership Aroostook and on the network administration and cybersecurity advisory committee for Northern Maine Community College.
Katie Hill has been promoted to senior vice president, bank operations manager. Katie began her career at Katahdin Trust in 2003 as a teller. She was promoted to assistant vice president, bank operations manager in 2013 and to vice president in 2019. Katie has earned her general banking diploma and supervisor certificate, attended the Young Professionals Institute, and is a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking and New England School for Financial Studies. Katie is a member of the Houlton Rotary Club, serves on the Houlton High School Alumni Board, and was the Bank’s top of the mountain commitment to community award recipient in 2017.
Tannis Lundin has been promoted to bank operations officer. Tannis joined Katahdin Trust in 2005 as a proof operator and due to her exceptional knowledge and initiative, she was named operations support clerk in 2010, deposit operations clerk II in 2014, and IRA specialist in 2017. Tannis volunteers her time with the Town of Houlton offering support at the polls during various elections.
Jeremy MacArthur has been promoted to network administration officer. He joined Katahdin Trust in 2010 as a technical support assistant and was named network administrator in 2012. Jeremy obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine in Fort Kent, with a double major in computer applications and business management.
Joe Porter has been promoted to senior vice president, controller. Joe joined Katahdin Trust in 2005 as an accountant. He was promoted to assistant vice president in 2009 and to vice president in 2014. Joe obtained his master’s in business administration from Husson University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maine at Presque Isle. He serves as a board member for the Community Living Association and on the executive committee for the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials Board 150.
Andrew Putnam has been promoted to senior vice president, chief information officer. Andrew began his career at Katahdin Trust in 1999. He worked in marketing and commercial services before joining the IT department in 2003. Andrew was promoted to officer in 2009, assistant vice president in 2012, and vice president in 2013. He attended the University of Maine at Orono and Augusta, graduated from the Northern New England School of Banking, and holds various network certifications. Andrew is a member of the Houlton Airport Advisory Committee, serves as vice president for the Houlton International Flying Club, and is a retired volunteer firefighter.
Jasmine Rockwell has been promoted to assistant vice president, loan operations manager. Jasmine joined Katahdin Trust in 2015 as an operations assistant. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maine in Presque Isle and earned her bank operations and business banking & commercial lending diplomas, and small business banker certificate. She also attended the Young Professionals Institute and is currently enrolled in Leadership Aroostook. Jasmine is a Houlton Southside School Shire Mentor and volunteers for the Houlton Downtown Alliance and Houlton Community Garden.
Sarah Silliboy has been promoted to vice president, BSA officer. Sarah started at Katahdin Trust in 2003 as a proof computer operator before joining electronic banking. She was promoted to assistant vice president in 2013 and to BSA officer in 2016. Sarah obtained her bachelor’s degree in accounting and business management from the University of Maine Presque Isle and is an accredited ACH professional. She has earned her bank operations, general banking, and advanced financial services diplomas as well as certificates for fraud prevention and BSA and AML compliance. Sarah is a Girl Scouts of Maine troop leader, service unit cookie supervisor, and president of the Hodgdon Athletic Booster Club.
Miranda Wotton has been promoted to vice president, electronic banking & cash management. Miranda joined Katahdin Trust in 2006 as a proof operator. She has been leading the electronic banking and proof departments since 2019. She has earned several banking-related diplomas and certificates including bank operations, general banking, and cash management. In addition, Miranda has attended the Young Professionals Institute and is a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking. Miranda currently serves as a board member for the Health Services Foundation and a member of the Houlton Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She is also active in teaching financial literacy and the Shire Mentor program at Houlton Southside School.
