A garage was damaged in a Saturday fire in Presque Isle.
At about 3:39 a.m. on Dec. 27, the Presque Isle Fire Department arrived at 294 Conant Road to find the garage on fire.
Crews put out the blaze and were able to save the attached two-story home.
Investigators from the state fire marshal’s office were on scene to determine the fire’s origin, and ruled that the blaze was accidental and was caused by an electrical failure in the garage.
No injuries were reported.
