PRESQUE ISLE, Maine – The University of Maine at Presque Isle will host a reunification drill from 1 to 3 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30 in Folsom and Pullen Hall. Students in the nursing, social work, psychology, physical therapist assistant and criminal justice programs will work together in a simulated emergency response and reunification exercise.

This drill is a training exercise only and will take place in a controlled environment. During the drill, students will practice skills pertaining to emergency response and coordination, physical health assessment, crisis intervention, active listening and communication, emotional support, reunification procedures and interdisciplinary teamwork.
