Caribou Superior Court
CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of November.
• Lance Ellison, 46, Woodland: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 10 years in prison and $240 restitution; illegal possession of firearm, one year in prison; unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine and six months in jail (each); and criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture.
• Tony Lee Gagnon, 36, Van Buren: probation violation, 13 months in prison and probation revoked.
• Roxanna Hagerman, 63, Bridgton: operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 72 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
• Timothy W. Hersey, 33, Easton: probation violation, three years in prison and probation revoked.
• Taylor R. Hodsdon, 24, Caribou: probation violation, 180-day in jail and probation revoked; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), six months in jail and $190 restitution (first), two years in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation and $1,127.90 restitution (second); and six months in jail and $183 restitution (third).
• Shaun C. Kinney, 37, Presque Isle: probation violation, 12 months in prison and probation revoked.
• Chad D. LaGasse, 29, Caribou: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $5,000 fine, 15 years in prison, all but four years suspended and four years’ probation; criminal forfeiture of property, forfeited; violating condition of release (two counts), $250 fine (first) and 48 hours in prison (second).
• Ryan J. LaPointe, 38, South Portland: assault, $300 fine, 30 days in jail, all suspended, and six months’ administrative release sentence.
• Tony P. Levesque, 47, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, 60 days in jail.
• Steven A. Selander, 25, Deer Isle: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison and $120 restitution.
• Jeremiah Sock, 33, Caribou: probation violation, probation continued, no sentence imposed.
• Shane W. Stanley, 19, Fort Kent: failing to make oral or written accident report, 10 days in jail, all suspended, and six months’ administrative release sentence; and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $500 fine and $309.13 restitution.
• Andrew G. Stewart, 29, Caribou: probation violation, nine months in jail and probation partially revoked.
• Christopher M. Tuttle, 28, Presque Isle; probation violation, 49 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Todd J. Whittaker, 39, Brewer: probation violation, 30 months in prison and probation revoked.
