Winter All-Aroostook honors

    The Aroostook League recently announced the winter All-Aroostook honorees.
    Class B/C boys’ basketball honorees are Caribou’s Kyle Corrigan, Ben Rosser and Jarryd Rossignol; Presque Isle’s Adam Kingsbury and Russ Mortland; Fort Kent’s Corey Voisine; Houlton’s Josh Beals, Parker Brown and Ryan Hill; and Madawaska’s Adam Desrosier.     Class B/C girls’ basketball honorees are Caribou’s Kristen Espling and Karyn King; Presque Isle’s Sarah Porter; Fort Kent’s Marissa Albert, Taylor Boucher and Emily Pelletier; Houlton’s Rachel Foster and Vanessa Sanderson; and Madawaska’s Kallie Pelletier.
    Class D boys’ basketball honorees are Ashland’s Lucas Belanger and Jeremy Tarr; Central Aroostook’s Manny Martinez, Logan McCarthy and Cameron York; Easton’s Jeremy Brock and Brad Trask; Fort Fairfield’s Austin Dufour and Ryan Noyes; Limestone’s Matt Enman; Washburn’s Nick McIntosh; Greater Houlton Christian Academy’s Chad Duff; Katahdin’s Tom Anderson; Southern Aroostook’s Dakota Sleeper; and Van Buren’s Ben Doucette.
    Class D girls’ basketball honorees are Ashland’s Mindy Chasse and Whitney Flint; Central Aroostook’s Amber Bradley, Alexandria Dame and Sarah Long; Fort Fairfield’s Whitney Clark; Limestone’s Kellie Peers; Washburn’s Erica McDougall and Kelsee McLaughlin; Greater Houlton Christian Academy’s Chelsie Lord; Hodgdon’s Sam Carpenter and Taylor Quint; Katahdin’s Kayla Stevens; Southern Aroostook’s Brittany Charette; Van Buren’s Kristen Vaillancourt; and Wisdom’s Deliya Michaud.
    Boys’ nordic event honorees are Caribou’s Joey Bard, Finn Bondeson, Andrew Levesque, Spencer McElwain, Jordan Powers and Jesse Stevens; Presque Isle’s Corey Park; and Fort Kent’s Ian Kaleta and Nick Michaud.
    Girls’ nordic event honorees are Caribou’s Lindsey Cote; Fort Fairfield’s Hillary McNamee and Rose Mary Williams; Presque Isle’s Hallie Bartlett, Erika McKay and Erin Thomas; and Fort Kent’s Kaitlyn Bernard, Grace Boutot, Jessica Caron, Nicole Chasse and Gabby Naranja.
    Boys’ alpine event honorees are Central Aroostook’s Greg Cousins, Caleb Jewett and Shane Miller; Caribou’s  Justin McLauchlan and Franz Zehentner; Presque Isle’s Layne Waddell, Eric Morris and Joel Whitaker; and Fort Kent’s Jesse Guimond, Aaron Paradis, Andrew Rioux and Carter Valliancourt.
    Girls’ alpine event honorees are Central Aroostook’s Paige Findlen and Brooke Smith; Caribou’s Lydia Kieffer; Presque Isle’s Tara Clark and Jen Steeves; Madawaska’s Mary Cyr and Susan Lavertu; and Fort Kent’s Maise Albert, Whitney Babin, Sam Landry, Bailey LeBeouf and Lindsay Stanley.
    Boys’ alpine/nordic event honorees are Central Aroostook’s Ethan Garrison and Presque Isle’s Lucas Mathers.
    Girls’ alpine/nordic event honorees are Caribou’s Laura Collins and Presque Isle’s Kristena McKenney.
    Boys’ swimming honorees are Caribou’s Ian Connelley, Zach Corriveau and John Forbes; and Presque Isle’s Jacob Brawn, Kyle Gilson, Matt Harris, Cameron Winter and Mike Yu.
    Girls’ swimming honorees are Caribou’s Samantha Cross, Cintamini Johnson, Rachel Jordan, Robin Knoll and Nicole Nadeau; and Presque Isle’s Shae Adler, Karrie Brawn, Emilee Currie, Rilee Currie, Courtney Hoffses, Dara Raymond and Allison Young.
    Wrestling honorees are Caribou’s Andrew Adams, Carlin Dubay, Corey Lajoie, Dan Saucier, Ryan Schunemann and Brian Vrieze; Fort Kent’s Shayne Boutin, Trevor Gardner, Spencer Levesque, Curtis Lozier, Judd Taggett and Josh Tardif; and Madawaska’s Gerry Cyr, Jon Madore and Jesse Ouellette.
