Kenneth Roope named Resident of the Month

    Kenneth Roope was named Resident of the Month for February at the Maine Veterans Home in Caribou. Born in West Chapman, Nov. 24, 1922, Roope worked in farming prior to joining the armed service, later employed as a pipefitter and worked for the city of Presque Isle for many years. Mr. Roope passed away March 18.
