Chief Roy “Jack” Woods of the Caribou Fire & Ambulance Department has announced the dedication of the City’s Christmas Tree to the memory of City Councilor Bob Albert. Councilor Albert was instrumental in paying for the new LED lights for the city’s Christmas tree and was always very supportive of the Caribou Fire & Ambulance Department and its  projects. During the ceremony, Chief Woods, left, and firefighter Brian Lajoie presented a copy of the dedication plaque, which is in place below the tree, to the former Caribou City Councilor’s widow,  Julie.
