    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of June, 2009.
    Kenneth L. Adams, 51, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), $500 fine, six days in jail and $3,650 restitution (first) and six days in jail and $899.99 restitution (second); and violating condition of release, five days in jail. 

    Travis J. Akerson, 28, Caribou: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, dismissed; and criminal threatening, 364 days in prison, all but 60 days suspended and one year probation.
    Kendra D. Brice, 18, Presque Isle: acquiring drugs by deception, $400 fine and 10 days in jail.
    Tyler Burch, 19, Caribou: criminal attempt, dismissed; and criminal mischief, $300 fine.
    Lauren N. Burke, 43, Ashland: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
    Dale Charette, 48, Fort Kent: assault, filed on $300 costs.
    William P. Dillon, 27, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words and gestures, $500 fine.
    Daniel R. Ferranti, 29, Caribou: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Robert L. Gleason, 32, Van Buren: burglary, $500 fine, one year in jail, all suspended, one year probation and $137 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.
    Brad J. Harvey, 31, Fort Fairfield: assault, three years in prison, all but 18 months suspended and two years’ probation.
    Kristy J. Hastings, 21, St. David: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, three years in prison, all but 45 days suspended and two years’ probation; and violating condition of release, 45 days in jail.
