Lectures and conferences on Junior work — Miss Elizabeth A. Fisher, assistant and director of the National Junior Red Cross, was in Presque Isle giving lectures and conferences on Junior work in the schools at the Aroostook State Normal School. Miss Fisher was in town on invitation of Principal Merriman.

Ruth Gahagan, Velma Castonguay, and Judy Bougie from the Holy Rosary Blanket Ministry in Caribou recently traveled to Dexter to visit a newly organized blanket ministry in the Parish of Our Lady of Snows.
