Caribou agrees to pay $45,000 to former employee to settle discrimination complaint

The city and Kenneth Lloyd accepted the agreement after the Maine Human Rights Commission found reasonable grounds that the city discriminated against Lloyd in violation of the Whistleblower Protection Act.Read more.
