Richard C. Porter, 87, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday evening, May 16, 2017, at The Aroostook Medical Center in Presque Isle after a period of declining health. He was born June 28, 1929, in Washburn, the son of Cecil and Musa (Crouse) Porter
