AC grand jury indicts Minot man accused of speeding while drunk

CARIBOU, Maine — A Minot man who police say was speeding and operating under the influence while attempting to elude police this past summer was indicted by the Aroostook County grand jury on Oct. 5.

Aroostook County District Attorney Todd Collins said Wednesday that Nathan S. Love, 24, was among the more than two dozen people indicted during the grand jury’s tenth session.

Love, 24, was indicted on charges of eluding an officer, criminal operating under the influence, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, driving to endanger, and criminal speed.

Maine State Police previously reported that Trooper Tim Saucier tried to pull Love over for allegedly speeding on Interstate 95 in Sherman on Aug. 24. Love did not stop for the trooper and a chase ensued, with speeds reaching 115 mph, according to the indictment.

Love was apprehended after he lost control of the vehicle on Route 159 and crashed. The trooper said Love was drunk when he pulled him out of the vehicle.

Jennifer M. Annett, 41, Houlton, assault with priors, criminal trespass.

Melissa L Bartlett, 34, Caribou, theft with priors.

Bruce R. King, 38, Houlton, assault with priors (two counts).

Nathan O. Nash, Houlton, 38, violation of bail (two counts,) aggravated assault, domestic violence assault.

Troy J. Folsom, 41, Houlton, aggravated assault; domestic violence assault with priors, criminal trespass.

Gregory L. Huntley, 34, Sherman, operating after revocation.

Ariel Stiggle-Wright, 26, aggravated forgery.

Erica A. Flewelling, 31 Houlton, burglary, theft (two counts).

Benjamin D. Callnan, 40, Houlton, burglary, theft (two counts), violation of

condition of release (two counts).

Kimberly R. Cullinan, 49, Limestone, stealing drugs.

Sylvia E. Hamilton, 51, Sinclair, burglary, aggravated criminal mischief (two counts).

Patrick M. Kelly, 50, Frenchville, operating after revocation, operating under the influence, operating an unregistered vehicle.

Jeffrey C. Sinclair, 25, Glenburn, burglary (two counts), theft with priors (two counts), criminal mischief (two counts).  

Anthony Thorne, 54, domestic violence assault with violence, criminal mischief.

Michael A. Latronica, 40, Washburn, domestic violence assault with priors, obstructing the report of a crime.
