Driving dynamics course to begin

Maine Driving Dynamics offers all drivers the opportunity to improve their defensive driving abilities. This five-hour course is based on the concept that crashes are no accident; most crashes are cause by human behaviors. You will discuss collision avoidance techniques, safety issues, driver habits and attitudes, and the basic elements that constantly challenge drivers on Maine’s highways. A certified Maine Driving Dynamics instructor teaches the course. The course format engages students into class discussion/participation. Those completing the course will receive a three-point credit on their driving record. Classes fill quickly or may be cancelled due to class size, therefore, register or call for more information as soon as possible. Local Adult Education and the Maine Bureau of Highway Safety sponsor these courses, which are open to the public.
