The following cases were dispensed with at the Aroostook County Superior Court in Caribou during the months of July and August.
David W. Anderson, 45, Caribou, parole violation, 125 days in jail and probation partially revoked.
Troy S. Ayotte, 40, Presque Isle, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $4,000 fine, seven years in prison, all but 24 months suspended and three years probation. Also, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine and 12 months in prison. Also, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 18 months in prison. Also, violating condition of release, six months in jail. Jocelyn Bard, 52, Edmundston, N.B., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $5,000 fine and seven months in jail.
Albert G. Bouchard, 47, Caribou, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in prison, all but 30 days suspended, two years probation, $8,205.89 restitution and 200 hours community service.
Chad F. Brescia, 31, Caribou, tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed.
Carroll’s Auto Sales, Presque Isle, non-disclosure of motor vehicle odometer change, dismissed. Also, vehicle dealer violation, $300 fine.
Daren R. Charette, 38, Presque Isle, burglary, nine months in jail. Also, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.
Robert J. Charette, Jr., 38, Fort Fairfield, violating condition of release, dismissed. Also, assault, dismissed.
Kyle R. Connolly, 22, Perham, burglary, dismissed.
Cory Gagnon, 37, Fort Kent, aggravated reckless conduct, dismissed.
Jesse W. Hall, 28, Caribou, parole violation, three days in jail and probation partially revoked.
Gregory M. Jandreau, 32, Laconia, N.H., probation violation, 18 months in prison and probation revoked. Also, probation violation, 40 months in prison and probation revoked.
Thomas M. Kaiser, 43, Mapleton, operating while under the influence, $1,000 fine, 90-day license suspension.
James D. Kutz, 22, Fort Kent, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine.
Landen L. Larsen, 27, Presque Isle, assault, sentenced to 364 days in prison. Also, violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.
Stephen C. Levesque, 38, Mars Hill, tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed.
Chad Marquis, 32, Fort Kent, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Jason A. Maillett, 37, Mars Hill, violating condition of release, 48 hours jail.
Christopher Mancos, 28, Caribou, two counts unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine and nine months in jail on first charge, $400 fine and six months in jail on second charge.
Joseph O. McDougal, 22, Presque Isle, burglary, dismissed.
Paul Moore, 22, Chester, N.Y., night hunting, filed at no cost.
Vincent L. Morrow, 31, Caribou, assault, 14 months in prison. Also, criminal mischief, nine months jail.
Jeffrey A. Nickerson, 46, Presque Isle, illegal possession of crossbow, 30 months in prison, all but 105 days suspended and two years probation. Also, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 30 days in jail. Also, OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension. Also, violating condition of release, five days in jail. Also, leaving scene of motor vehicle accident, dismissed.
Gerard Ouellette, 64, St. David, criminal trespass, dismissed. Also, aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed.
Joey R. Ouellette, 27, Van Buren, eluding an officer, $500 fine and two years in jail, all but 23 days suspended, one year probation and $3,620 restitution. Also, reckless conduct, 23 days in jail. Also, motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, $500 fine and 10 days in jail. Also, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 23 days in jail.
Wayne Pelletier, 41, Caribou, rule violation — failure to possess previous seven days’ status, dismissed. Also, unlawful use of license, dismissed. Also, rule violation — operation 14-hour rule, filed on $150 court costs.
Scott A. Silva, 27, Caribou, operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, filed on $500 court costs and 100 hours community service.
Jeremiah R. Sock, 25, Caribou, probation violation, 25 months in prison and probation revoked.
Daniel R. Sparks, 34, Presque Isle, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Joseph F. Stackpole, 60, Mars Hill, OUI, one prior, $700 fine, 364 days in prison, all but 68 days suspended, one year probation and 18-month license suspension.
Mark Thibodeau, 37, Van Buren, disorderly conduct, dismissed.
Maxine Thibodeau, 77, Arlington, Texas, hindering apprehension or prosecution, $300 fine.
Holly L. Watt, 32, Ashland, theft by deception, $500 fine and 100 hours community service.
