Thursday, Dec. 13
5:44 p.m. Powers Road – Harassment by Phone – Female caller advised that a female subject who is living with the female caller’s child’s father has been calling her and harassing her.
    Action – An officer spoke with the female subject, who said she had only called once at around 1:30 p.m., but will not call anymore. 6 p.m. Washburn Road – Disorderly Conduct – Male reported that he owns an apartment on the Washburn Road and one of his tenants complained about the noise coming from another tenant’s apartment.
    Action – An officer spoke with a female subject who advised that her children were playing, and she would have them quiet down.
9:50 p.m. Sweden Street – Lost Property – Female caller reported that her father had lost a set of keys in Caribou, which he thought had happened in front of the Post Office. The keys have a ring that says “Jeff’s Keys” and another ring that says “Support Our Troops.”
Friday, Dec. 14
2:30 p.m. Glenn Street – Harassment by Phone – Male caller reported harassing phone calls. Someone had just called his house and asked if this was, “the murderer’s house.”
    Action – The male caller just wanted it on record.
2:25 p.m. Rose Acres – Criminal Mischief – Female caller reported having a plastic bag in her mailbox so the mail wouldn’t get wet, and that it now looked like someone had put something greasy on the bag.
    Action – An officer advised her to put a new bag in the mailbox.
3:05 p.m. Route 1 – Found Property – Female caller reported finding a Remington 30-06 model 710 bolt action rifle on the road. The gun had a Bushnell scope and came in a hard plastic case.
    Action – The weapon was tagged and placed in the evidence locker.
4:45 p.m. Route 161 – Motor Vehicle Complaint – Fort Fairfield Police asked for officers to watch for a white Oldsmobile Alero, that was involved in a shoplifting case in Fort Fairfield.
    Action – Officers watched for the vehicle.
5:30 p.m. Jacobs Avenue – Assault – Female reported a female subject had hit her on the left side of her face with a snowball.
    Action – An officer spoke with the female subject who denied doing anything. An officer also spoke with two witnesses who concurred that the female subject had not done anything.
9:55 p.m. South Main Street – Motor Vehicle Complaint – Male caller reported that his girlfriend had seen a pickup drove into a snowbank and when the driver got out they looked drunk.
    Action – An officer located the vehicle and charged a male subject with OUI.
Saturday, Dec. 15
3:25 p.m. Oak Avenue – Snowsled Complaint – Caller reported a snowmobile driving very recklessly.
    Action – An officer located the snowsled and spoke with two male subjects who had been riding it. The sled was found to be unregistered. The officer advised them to take the sled home and not bring it out again, before it was registered and also warned them about reckless operation. The officer also warned that the next time they were caught they would receive a summons.
3:40 p.m. Smith Street – Assault Domestic Violence – Female caller reported hearing some type of domestic dispute going on down the road from her. She had heard people fighting and breaking glass.
    Action – An officer spoke with a male and female subject, who had been having an argument, which was only verbal. When the male subject went back into the house he slammed the door, breaking the glass.
5:15 p.m. West Presque Isle Road – Female caller reported getting threatening phone calls from a female subject, which were still on her phone.
    Action – An officer listened to five calls, and found cause to arrest the female subject for violation of conditional release due to alcohol. The female subject resisted arrest and was nearly tasered. The female subject was also warned not to contact the female caller anymore.
Sunday, Dec. 16
10:56 p.m. Oak Avenue – Motor Vehicle Complaint – Male caller reported that his vehicle had been hit and the other vehicle had taken off.
    Action – An officer followed the only tracks on the road to a residence, where the residents reported a male subject had been at their house. The officer went to the male subject’s residence and found damage to a vehicle in the driveway. When questioned the male subject admitted to hitting the male caller’s pickup.
Wednesday, Dec. 19
8:25 a.m. Fort Street – Motor Vehicle Complaint – Caller reported a trailer truck was stopping traffic at the intersection, and some traffic control was required.
    Action – An officer checked the area and found a local towing service was already providing assistance and traffic was flowing smoothly.
