BRIDGEWATER – The town of Bridgewater was full of talented young ladies on Saturday, May 10, for the 2008 Little, Junior and Miss Bridgewater pageants. The mistress of ceremonies was Emily Van Alst, with Chris Finemore as pageant director.

The sportswear portion was 15 percent, talent was 30 percent and party dress was 15 percent.
Following a wonderful opening routine of “Bridgewater Through the Years,” with each contestant modeling fashions from different times, the audience was entertained by a dance routine by 2007 Little Miss Potato Blossom Molly Anthony.
The contestants then modeled their sportswear before a dance routine was performed by 2007 Miss Bridgewater Shelby Hallett.
The talent portion of the pageant was followed by 2007 Little Miss Bridgewater Halee Rusby reciting a poem titled “Halee’s Extreme Makeover.”  The party and evening dress and question portion of the pageant
