Dicker awarded research fellowship
BRUNSWICK – Rachel Anne Dicker of Westfield, a junior at Bowdoin College, was recently awarded a Doherty Charitable Foundation Coastal Studies Research Award. The awards were announced May 7 at the College’s annual Honors Day ceremony. The Henry L. and Grace Doherty Charitable Foundation fellowships are awarded to students to support substantial participation in a scientific research project under the direction of a faculty member. Fellowships are awarded for summer research projects in marine and coastal studies.
