VFW and Caribou Friends of Scouting hold property transfer ceremony

    VFW Post 9389 of Caribou and the Caribou Friends of Scouting recently had a property transfer ceremony, where the VFW donated two acres for the scouting organization to build a new scout hall behind the VFW building on U.S. Route 1.
