Southern Aroostook–Woodstock (SAW) Youth Football will be holding its second annual mini-camp on Saturday, June 14 at Woodstock High School, and again on Saturday, June 21 at the Airport field in Houlton.
Both camps will run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST, with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. All students entering grades 3-8 for the upcoming school year interested in participating this season should attend one of the mini-camps.
SAW will have two divisions, a 3-6 grade league, as well as a 7-8 grade league. Registration is still open for both.
SAW Youth Football is a non-profit organization that teaches the fundamentals of the game along with teamwork, leadership, responsibility and good sportsmanship. All equipment is provided by the league with the exception of mouth guards, footwear and athletic supporters.
