Cummings, Marcia A., 91, August 12, 2008.  Arrangements by Dunn Funeral Home, Houlton.  Interment was held in the Evergreen Cemetery, Houlton.
    Houlton – Marcia Ann Cummings, 91, died August 12, 2008, at a local health care facility with her daughter Mary at her side. She was born April 18, 1917, at Linneus, the daughter of Frank and Annie (Knox) Byron.
    Marcia was a member of the Houlton United Methodist Church. She loved to cook for her family and friends and enjoyed picnics at Drews Lake.
    Marcia is survived by two sons, Paul Cummings and his wife Annie of Hopkinville, KY, David Cummings and his wife Sandra of Alexender; one daughter, Mary Cummings of Houlton; five grandchildren, Rev. Larry Hostner, Sandra Cummings, Dee Cummings, Lee Cummings and Ben Crandall; three great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Josh and Andrew; one sister, Millicent Bolyls of Keene, NH; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Raymond; and three brothers, Hudson, Manzel and Charlie Cole.
    Friends called Friday 6 to 8 p.m. at the Dunn Funeral Home. Funeral services were held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Naomi Sam’Kpakra as officiate.
