    Courtney A. Hartin, daughter of Stan and Paula Hartin, of Mars Hill, and Zane A. Wetzel, son of Alan and Linda Wetzel, of Arcanum, Ohio, announce their engagement.     A Nov. 29, 2008 wedding is planned at the Grant Memorial United Methodist Church in Presque Isle.Image
