Grand Jury

    Aroostook County Grand Jury completed its two-day November, 2008 session — meeting in Houlton and Caribou — handing up 59 indictments against 57 different persons. They include:
    Patrick W. Houle, 24, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.     Richard J. Greenlaw, 56, Kittery: unlawful sexual contact.
    Jared Thompson, 19, Caribou: twelve counts burglary, 11 counts theft, three counts criminal mischief and two counts burglary of motor vehicle.
    Robert A. Suire, 26, Caribou: twelve counts burglary, 11 counts theft, three counts criminal mischief and two counts burglary of motor vehicle.
    John A. Sam, 19, Connor: four counts burglary, four counts theft and two counts burglary of a motor vehicle.
    Michael F. Tomah, 33, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
    Randall J. Woods, 41, Bangor: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
    Ashley L. Quint, 22, Linneus: endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, assault on a law enforcement officer and driving to endanger.
    Robert C. Mayo, 80, Sherman: two counts unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.
    Matthew J. Collett, 20, Houlton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
    Eric Stevens, 36, Houlton: burglary, three counts theft and five counts criminal mischief.
    Jason A. Depeau, 31, Mars Hill: arson.
    Rico Black, 34, Forest Park, Ga.: theft.
    Jarrod J. Howe, 23, Houlton: two counts unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, failure to stop for an officer, violating condition of release, OUI and operating after suspension.
    Marshall I. Benn, 28, Houlton: two counts theft.
    Leslie G. Nason: theft and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
    Susan Davis, 53, Ludlow: stealing drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
    David R. Dockham, 22, Houlton: operating after revocation.
    Richard M. Cunningham, 46, Sherman: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
    Gary R. Shaw, 30, Houlton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
    David W. Landry, 23, Amity: two counts unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
    Horace B. Russell, 59, Merrill: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
    Daniel W. Carr, 27, Silver Ridge: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
    Denise M. Hitchcock, 48, Island Falls: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
    Joshua Wenzloff, 28, Island Falls: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
    Kenneth Brackett, 49, Stacyville: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
