McGill’s Community Band

UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY —  Alba Miranda Gimenez, left of Salamanca, Spain, Guillermo Santos of Madrid, Spain, Esther Elmore of the Greater Houlton Christian Academy and Tyler Delano of Houlton High School took in McGill’s Community Band last Thursday evening. Elmore and Delano were selected to participate in Houlton’s Rotary Student Exchange program this year. Elmore has already visited Gimenez in Spain and is now showing her new friend various parts of the United States and Canada. Delano and Santos have been traveling in the United States and experiencing all of the holiday celebrations. Delano will be going to Spain with Santos to learn more about his country within the next few weeks.
