PHOENIX, AZ – Brenda Tarbox Hawksley, 52, passed away at Paradise Life Care Center in Phoenix, Arizona on Saturday morning, August 1, 2009. She was born in Caribou, on November 16, 1956.
She spent most of her adult life in Centerville, NB. She lived in Presque Isle until recently when she had relocated to Phoenix, AZ. She was a volunteer of the year in 2002 for the United Way of Aroostook.
She is survived by her husband, Garnet Hawksley of Centerville, New Brunswick. Her beloved father, Donald Tarbox Sr. of Presque Isle. She was a wonderful mother to daughter, Regina and son-in-law Nelson Valiquette, her sons, Anthony Hawksley, Shawn Hawksley and a loving grandmother to Patricia, Nicholas, Kaitlynn, Chelsea, Morgan and Sam. Also two brothers, Raymond Tarbox Sr. of Blaine and Donald Tarbox Jr. of Washburn. Sister, Shirley Rand of Washburn, two sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law, and several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed!
