Kevin Carpenter has more than 20 years’ of experience and is a master at his craft. Specializing not only in kitchen and bathroom cabinets, he also builds media centers, hutches, bookcases, closet organizers and all types of cabinets and counters for your home or office.
Carpenter does commercial work, building just the right cabinetry for reception areas, banks, hospitals, schools or businesses. For 10 years he built display cabinets for the Village Candle Company that were shipped throughout the United States.
His business has grown through the years because of the satisfaction of his customers and the quality of his workmanship. He uses only the best in building materials, never particleboard or wood substitutes. Carpenter’s cabinets are built to last, built to your specifications and finished to match your décor.
He offers a variety of styles from traditional to modern, using pine, birch, oak, maple or cherry wood. Production in his well-equipped Jeffrey Road facility allows him to design, manufacture and custom finish the pieces ‘in house’ and then deliver and install at your destination.
Carpenter works closely with the client to get exactly what they have in mind and incorporates the Maine Made quality that has become his trademark.
One of his most recent orders is a 3 foot by 6 foot island with several deep drawers and two special bins that are planned for bulk amounts of pet food, but could also be used as trash and recycle bins. The island will have a cook-top stove and a small vegetable sink as well. He specializes in dovetailed corners, soft-close drawers and full extension slides.
Carpenter, a Hodgdon High School graduate attributes his skill in carpentry to instructor, Clint Cushman who taught courses at the Southern Aroostook Vocational Education School, Region Two.
