Jay Belanger, a second-grade student at Hilltop Elementary School in Caribou, was recently chosen as winner of the Aroostook Right to Read bookmark contest for grades K-2. The young artist received a certificate of recognition and a gift card from a local bookstore. His bookmarks will be printed and passed out to local school for all students to enjoy. Jay is the son of R.J. and Rani Belanger.
