Eugenia (Paul) Halbmeier

Halbmeier, Eugenia, 94.  Arrangements by Dunn Funeral Home, Houlton.
    HAVERILL, MA and HOULTON – Eugenia (Paul) Halbmeier, died peacefully at age 94 at Gardiner HCF. She was a devoted mother to Margaret Wallend and Susan Anderson, grandmother of three and great-grandmother of six.
    A longtime resident of Houlton, she was born in Haverill, MA, raised in New York and lived on Peak's Island for many years.
    Eugenia was an accomplished woman of great faith and had been a specialty librarian prior to her retirement.
    Private services will be held at Peak’s Island in the spring.
