The County Federal Credit Union’s “Count On The County” Initiative Committee recently awarded the Aroostook Teen Leadership Camp the seventh $1,000 award in the “Count On The County” Initiative.
Aroostook Teen Leadership Camp inspires sixth through ninth-graders to lead a life free of drugs.  ATLC hosts a residential summer camp and organizes follow-up events during the school year.
The $1,000 “Count On The County” initiative award will fund 10 scholarships for teens to attend Aroostook Teen Leadership Camp this summer.
The County Federal Credit Union (CFCU) “Count on The County” Initiative is awarding $1,000 to a non-profit organization in Aroostook County within the field of membership each month for the year.
CFCU encourages the public to take part by sharing who is most deserving. Residents of the region can nominate their non-profit organization at www.countyfcu.org. Eligible submissions must be a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in good standing.
