CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of March.
Rosalie R. Lowe, 22, Portland, Ore.: illegal importation of scheduled drugs, filed with $500 costs.
Brian R. McBreairty, 42, Limestone: burglary (seven counts), four years in prison all but three years suspended, two years’ probation and $47,541.23 restitution (first), four years in prison all suspended, two years’ probation and $47,541.23 restitution (second), three years in prison (third, fourth, fifth), four years in prison all suspended, two years’ probation and $47,541.23 restitution (six), three years in prison (seven); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (seven counts), 364 days in prison (first, second, six), three years in prison (three, four), six months in prison (five, seven); criminal mischief, 364 days in prison; aggravated criminal mischief (seven counts), three years in prison (all).
Joseph W. McNeal, 73, Caribou: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, nine months in jail all but 60 days suspended, one years’ probation and three years’ license and registration suspension.
Danielle A. McQuarrie, 28, Madawaska: probation violation, seven days in jail and probation revoked, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $700 fine and 90 days in jail all but seven days suspended, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Amber R. Miles-Fleming, 24, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Bertha Moore, 51, Van Buren: harassment by telephone, criminal mischief, violating protective order and violating condition of release, 55 days in jail (each).
Jennifer D. Morneault, 35, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, four months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Perry W. Morton, 51, Cary Plantation: assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail.
Andrea Norris, 48, Wallagrass: driving to endanger, $750 fine, 30 days in jail all suspended, 30-day license suspension.
Tracy L. Richardson, 30, Castle Hill: assault, $1,000 fine.
Daniel S. Rockhold, 21, Van Buren: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
