PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of July 2010.
Crystal M. Doherty, 27, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Sonny Alexander Drost, 19, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 24 hours in jail.
Lloyd Dumais, 45, Mapleton: allowing minor to operate ATV in violation, $100 fine.
Polly J. Earl, 55, Fort Fairfield: attaching false plates, dismissed.
Dustin Eastman, 24, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release (two counts), 15 days in jail (first), 30 days in jail (second); criminal mischief, 15 days in jail and $342.63 restitution and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine, 15 days in jail and $300 restitution.
Kalen R. Fox, 20, Presque Isle: operating unregistered ATV, dismissed.
Amy Joe Fuller, 32, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
David P. Gagne, 51, Boynton Beach, Fla.: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.
Gervais Fence and Guardrail Inc., Limestone: rule violation, operation 14-hour rule, $250 fine.
Howard S. Giberson, 40, Fort Fairfield: carrying passenger on ATV without headgear, $100 fine.
Samuel C. Gravely, 24, Portland: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service and violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Mark B. Graves, 33, Castle Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, five days in jail and 50 hours’ community service.
Arthur R. Gray, 20, Easton: fishing without valid license, $100 fine and violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Jason Grillo, no age given, Fairhaven, Mass.: operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine.
Jeffrey A. Hafford, 46, Fort Fairfield: operating vehicle without license, cond/restriction, $60 fine.
Angela Haines, 36, Presque isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Ashley L. Hallett, 29, Mars Hill: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
