PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of July 2010.
George Hallyburton II, 39, Mars Hill: violating condition of release, 12 hours in jail.
Joshua Hawksley, 18, Mars Hill: possession of marijuana, $400 fine and minor consuming liquor, dismissed.
Daniel Christopher Higgins, 66, Portage: keeping dangerous dog, $250 fine.
James D. Ireland, 54, Fort Fairfield: harassment, filed on $100 costs.
Angela E. Jennings, 37, Presque Isle: violating protective order, $250 fine.
Narayana D. Johnson, 19, Mars Hill: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
Jessica M. Jones, 19, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
Renaldo Jones, 18, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine and seven days in jail and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, seven days in jail.
Thomas B. Kaiser, Jr., 20, Mapleton: violating condition of release and assault, seven days in jail (first), $300 fine and seven days in jail (second).
Christian W. Kelly, 29, Mars Hill: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail (each); obstructing report of crime, dismissed and domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 60 days in jail all but 48 hours suspended and two-year probation.
Jamey Kennedy, 22, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $400 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Jirad Kinney, 32, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine.
James C. Law, 40, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
John P. Lockhart, 56, Mapleton: operating vehicle without license, cond/restriction, dismissed and operating under the influence, $750 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Bryce V. Mann-Cyr, 20, Portage Lake: failure to carry license, $100 fine.
Wendy McKenney, 37, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
Amy Melott, 34, Mars Hill: unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water, $100 fine.
George J. Michaud, 45, Tobique First Nation, N.B.: OUI, $750 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Michael F. Michaud, 49, Woodland: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; OUI, $700 fine, 30 days in jail and three-year license and registration suspension and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
Robin M. Michaud, 42, Mapleton: allowing minor to operate ATV in violation, $100 fine.
