Westmanland and Caribou – Jennifer K. Bourgoine, 48, died unexpectedly January 26, 2011, at New Sweden. She was born in Waterville, Conn. October 19, 1962, and was the daughter of the late Philip and Velva (Miller) Bourgoine. Jennifer was a 1980 graduate of Caribou High School and received her Registered Nurse degree from Clark State University. She retired from the US Air Force following a twenty year career. More recently she had been employed by several area home care agencies.
She is survived by her two daughters, Sarah Graettinger of Presque Isle and Joanne Graettinger of Stockholm; three brothers, Philip Bourgoine, Jr. of Fairborn, Ohio, Michael Bourgoine of England and Joseph Bourgoine of Washburn; her former husband Charles Graettinger of Presque Isle; several nieces and nephews.
