    HOULTON — The Houlton Police Department responded to the following incidents from Aug. 28-Sept. 3.
Sunday, Aug. 28
    3:23 p.m. — Officer Nason responded to Bangor Street to check an active burglary alarm.
    5:20 p.m. — Officer Nason responded to Military Street where he arrested a 51-year-old Houlton man for failure to appear in court.
    7:16 p.m. — Cpl. Duff responded to North Street to check an active burglary alarm.
    7:48 p.m. — Sgt. Crouse responded to Airport Drive to check on a suspicious person.
    8:45 p.m. — Cpl. Duff responded to Ludlow Road for an active alarm.
    11:41 p.m. — Sgt. Crouse responded to Elm Street to assist a citizen.
Monday, Aug. 29
    3:35 a.m. — Cpl. Duff responded to Court Street to assist on a medical emergency.
    6:25 a.m. — Officer Nason responded to Military Street where he arrested a 28-year-old Oakfield man for failure to appear in court.
    8:25 a.m. — ACO Upton responded to Court Street for an animal complaint.
    8:26 a.m. — ACO Upton responded to Elm Street for an animal complaint.
    11:00 a.m. — Officer Collins responded to Ludlow Road to investigate a report of theft.
    2:58 p.m. — Officer Nason responded to Chandler Street to investigate a report of disorderly conduct.
    3:10 p.m. — Officer Nason responded to Military Street where he arrested a 23-year-old Houlton man for failure to pay fine, sale or use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.
    4:36 p.m. — Officer Nason responded to West Street for an animal complaint.
    4:48 p.m. — Officer Collins responded to Court Street to investigate a report of theft.
    6:08 p.m. — Cpl. Duff responded to Varney Avenue for a civil dispute.
