    HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of January.
    Richard Adams, 53, Houlton: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 364 days in jail, all but 90 days suspended and two years’ probation; and criminal trespass, dismissed.
    Paul K. Albright, 36, Littleton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
    Adam Anderson, 23, Houlton: operating defective vehicle, $100 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 30 days in jail (first), 180 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one-year probation (second, third), $400 restitution (second); and violating condition of release, $250 fine.
    Justin L. Barry, 25, Houlton: cruelty to animals (two counts), $500 fine, 60 days in jail, all but five days suspended and one-year probation (first), $500 fine and five days in jail (second).
    Richard L. Carmichael, 28, Houlton: reckless violation of protective order, no complaint; domestic violence assault and criminal mischief, dismissed (each); and criminal trespass, 180 days in jail, all but five days suspended and one-year probation.
    Skylar M. Case, 20, Houlton: criminal trespass, $300 fine.
    Matthew T. Clark, 32, Old Orchard Beach: burglary, dismissed.
    Michael O. Fox, 32, Sanford: domestic violence assault and violating condition of release, 15 days in jail (each).
    Ricky A. Grant, Jr., 30, Houlton: domestic violence assault, two years in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Kyle Hipsley, 30, Houlton: operating under the influence, dismissed; and permitting unlawful use, $1,000 fine and 60-day license suspension.
    Bruce King, 33, Houlton: indecent conduct, not guilty.
    Glen M. Langley, 31, Houlton: criminal conspiracy, $2,000 fine, four years in prison, all but 90 days suspended and three years’ probation; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
    Arthur W. Lewis, 40, Linneus: displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, filed on $200 costs.
    Karla M. Libby, 55, Smyrna Mills: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
    Earl E. Little, Jr., 22, Houlton: theft by receiving stolen property, 30 days in jail, all suspended, one-year administrative release sentence and $500 restitution.
    Ronald Lycette, 52, Amity: theft by deception, dismissed; and criminal mischief, 120 days in jail, all suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
    Miranda M. McClure, 28, New Limerick: theft by receiving stolen property, 30 days in jail, all suspended, one-year administrative release sentence and $500 restitution.
    Joshua W. Nason, 19, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), six days in jail (each); criminal trespass, six months in jail, all but six days suspended and one-year probation; and burglary, dismissed.
    Kayla Nason, 22, Houlton: aggravated criminal mischief, two years in prison, all but 120 days suspended, two years’ probation and $7,139.70 restitution; criminal mischief, 120 days in jail; burglary of a motor vehicle (six counts), 120 days in jail (each); theft by unauthorized use of property, 120 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 60 days in jail (each); violating condition of release, 60 days in jail; operating vehicle without license, $200 fine and 60 days in jail; failing to make oral or written accident report, 60 days in jail and 60-day license suspension; and burglary, dismissed.
    Daniel M. Pasquarelli, 49, Houlton: trafficking in dangerous knives, 45 days in jail; unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $500 fine, two years in prison, all but 45 days suspended and two years’ probation; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 45 days in jail, all suspended; and violating condition of release, 45 days in jail.
    Sara Phillips, 36, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $500 fine, three years in prison, all but eight months suspended and three years’ probation; unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $500 fine and eight months in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
    Gary L. Sanders, 58, Linneus: visual sexual aggression against a child and gross sexual assault, dismissed (each).
    Ryan Allen Scott, 28, Littleton: probation violation, 72 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Eric B. Sirois, 20, Madawaska: criminal mischief, unconditional discharge; unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine, one year in prison, all suspended and one-year probation; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unconditional discharge.
    Nathan J. Swallow, 27, Oakfield: operating vehicle without license, condition/restriction, dismissed.
    Anthony Thorne, 48, Houlton: unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine and nine months in jail; assault, $300 fine, three years in prison, all but nine months suspended and two years’ probation; and violating condition of release, nine months in jail.
    Caleb R. Tremblay, 22, Patten: assault, $300 fine, 364 days in jail, all suspended and one-year probation.
    Donald E. Watson, 26, Houlton: assault, $300 fine.
    Dennis F. Winchester, 47, Wallagrass: OUI, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
