On July 14, Rep. Bernard Ayotte presented Carroll and Joan Roy of Caswell with a legislative sentiment in honor of their 50th wedding anniversary. Carroll and Joan Roy were married on Oct. 27, 1962 at St. Bruno’s Catholic Church in Hamlin.
The officiating pastor was Rev. Ludger Melancon. As the sentiment reads, “We the members of the Senate and House of Representatives extend to them our congratulations and join with their family and friends in wishing them many more years of happiness together.”
