LIMESTONE, Maine — The spooktacular holiday season kicks off this weekend with a ghoulish tea just for girls followed by a monsterish party for little men.
Members of the Aroostook Paranormal Investigation Society are hosting their third annual Witches Tea for girls ages 5-12 on Friday, Oct. 12 from 2:30-4:30 p.m. in the conference room of the Limestone Municipal Building. The $3 attendance fee covers the cost of materials for the spirited event.
A similar event will for boys will be held on Friday, Oct. 19; the group will be hosting their third annual Monster Bash for boys ages 5-12 also at the Limestone Municipal Building from 2:30-4:30 p.m. There is also a $3 materials fee.
Only 24 witches and monsters can be accommodated through the two events, and those wishing to participate are encouraged to RSVP by calling 325-4587 and leaving a message or e-mailing the group at aroostookparanormal@yahoo.com and entering the event name and the word “registration” in the subject line.
