HOULTON, Maine – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of September.
Lorne E. Bridges, 47, Bangor: attaching false plates, $500 fine; and operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
Jamie P. Burns, 40, Presque Isle: probation violation, 72 hours in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Ryan Caron, 22, Houlton: gross sexual assault, dismissed.
Benjamin M. Carton, 28, New Limerick: violating condition of release; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed (each).
Tonya L. Coperthwaite, 31, Littleton: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 48 hours in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail and $30 restitution.
Brian K. Flewelling, 24, Sanford: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $800 fine.
Kendall L. Homchuck, 40, Monticello: aggravated criminal mischief and assault on an emergency medical care provider, dismissed (each).
Ted E. Ivey Jr., 32, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed.
Jesse Lee Lewin, 21, Patten: tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed; hunting or possessing deer during closed season (two counts), $1,000 fine and three days in jail (first), dismissed (second); cruelty to animals, $1,000 fine, 364 days in prison, all but 30 days suspended, and one year probation.
Daniel M. Milbauer, 58, Houlton: forgery, $2,000 fine.
Dianna Lynn Nelson, 35, Smyrna: operating under the influence, prior, $700 fine, nine days in jail and three years’ license suspension.
Kyle Nickerson, 25, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,500 fine.
Ashley Quint, 26, Linneus: probation violation, 18 months in prison, probation revoked.
Todd S. Shaw, 36, Crystal: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, dismissed.
Joseph M. Skehan, 58, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $600 fine.
Michael L. Tucker, 39, Littleton: assault, $300 fine and 90 days in jail.
