Adam DeMerchant, 29, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed; operating under the influence, prior, $700 fine, six months in jail, all but seven days suspended, one-year probation and three years’ license and registration suspension.

Willie Drost, 69, Washburn: domestic violence assault, filed without costs.

Dustin K. Giles, 27, Caribou: violating condition of release (three counts), $250 fine and three days in jail (first), five days in jail (second), dismissed (third); unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 10 days in jail; unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics, five days in jail; operating unregistered ATV (two counts), $200 fine (each); and operating ATV on land of another without permission, $200 fine.
