    HOULTON — The Houlton Police Department responded to the following incidents from Sunday, Dec. 2, to Saturday, Dec. 8.
Sunday, Dec. 2
    7:55 a.m. — Officer Kennedy responded to Kelleran Street to investigate the report of harassment.
    8:58 a.m. — Officer Kennedy responded to Varney Avenue for an animal complaint.
    12 p.m. — Officer Bickford responded to Broadway Street to investigate a motor vehicle accident.
Monday, Dec. 3
    7:59 a.m. — ACO Upton responded to Prospect Street for an animal complaint.
    10:05 a.m. — Officer Kennedy responded to School Street where he arrested a 24-year-old Houlton man for robbery, domestic assault, violating a condition of release, and failure to appear in court.
    1:38 p.m. — Officer Bickford responded to Lincoln Street to investigate a report of criminal mischief.
    2:02 p.m. — Officer Bickford responded to South Street to assist Houlton Elementary School.
    3:07 p.m. — Officer Kennedy responded to Hartford Street to investigate a motor vehicle accident.
    5:05 p.m. — Officer Bickford responded to Military Street to assist a citizen.
    5:06 p.m. — Officer Kennedy responded to Cary Street to check out a suspicious vehicle.
    8:34 p.m. — Sgt. Crouse responded to Smyrna Street to investigate the report of theft.
Tuesday, Dec. 4
    11:37 a.m. — Officer Bickford responded to North Street to investigate a motor vehicle accident.
    12:25 p.m. — Officer Nason responded to High Street to check a 9-1-1 hang-up call.
    7:33 p.m. — Sgt. Crouse responded to Clover Circle to check out an active burglary alarm.
Wednesday, Dec. 5
    9:56 a.m. — Officer Nason responded to Bowdoin Street to serve a subpoena.
    9:56 a.m. — Officer Nason responded to Salem Street to serve a subpoena.
    11:25 a.m. — Officer Nason responded to North Street to check out an active burglary alarm.
    12:09 p.m. — Officer Nason responded to Highland Avenue to arrest a 43-year-old Houlton man for failure to pay fine.
    12:27 p.m. — Officer Bickford responded to Court Street for an animal complaint.
    2:25 p.m. — Det. Calaman responded to Court Street for an animal complaint.
    3:10 p.m. — Officer Bickford responded to Foxcroft Road where he arrested a 44-year-old Warren man for failure to appear in court.
    3:25 p.m. — Officer Nason responded to North Street to investigate a report of theft.
    4:09 p.m. — Officer Nason responded to Smyrna Street to check out a suspicious vehicle.
Thursday, Dec. 6
    4:33 a.m. — Sgt. Wampler responded to Katahdin Lane to check out an active burglary alarm.
    8:01 a.m. — Lt. Pelletier responded to Hartford Street to investigate a motor vehicle hit-and-run accident.
    9:46 a.m. — Officer Nason responded to Military Street to assist a citizen.
    12:04 p.m. — Officer Bickford responded to Military Street to assist a citizen.
    12:36 p.m. — Officer Bickford responded to North Street to check on a civil dispute.
    4:20 p.m. — Officer Bickford responded to Court Street to serve a restraining order.
    8:16 p.m. — Sgt. Wampler responded to Elm Street to check on a suspicious person.
    9:16 p.m. — Sgt. Wampler responded to Kelleran Street where he arrested a 29-year-old Houlton man for failure to pay fine, and summoned a 68-year-old Houlton man for assault.
Friday, Dec. 7
    7:44 a.m. — Officer Kennedy responded to Bangor Street to check an active burglary alarm.
    8:23 a.m. — Officer Bickford responded to North Street to check a report of driving to endanger.
    10:12 a.m. — Officer Kennedy responded to North Street to investigate a report of theft.
    11:53 a.m. — Officer Kennedy responded to Military Street to assist a citizen.
    2:28 p.m. — Officer Kennedy responded to Watson Avenue to investigate a report of harassment.
    3 p.m. — Officer Bickford responded to Foxcroft Road to investigate a report of criminal mischief.
Saturday, Dec. 8
    3:19 p.m. — Officer Kennedy responded to Main Street to check out suspicious activity.
    7:04 p.m. — Sgt. Crouse responded to High Street to investigate a report of harassment, and disorderly conduct.
    9:53 p.m. — Officer York responded to Smyrna Street where he arrested a 25-year-old Houlton man for failure to pay fine.
