Darren J. Ames, 52, Leeds: violating protective order, $500 fine.
Malerie Barton, 25, New Limerick: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 55 days in jail.
Brittany Boyer, 25, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $1,000 restitution and unconditional discharge.
Kenneth Brackett, 54, Patten: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs; illegal possession of firearm or crossbow; and criminal forfeiture of property, dismissed (each).
Joshua J. Branscombe, 23, Oakfield: probation violation, 85 days in jail, probation partially revoked, and probation continued.
Michael J. Brewer, 56, Houlton: threatening display of weapon, 20 days in jail.
Michael D. Burton, 42, Windham: failing to appear after bailed, dismissed; and operating under the influence, prior, $900 fine, 10 days in jail and three-year license suspension.
Jesse L. Caldwell, 26, Houlton: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed; and OUI, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension and 100 hours’ community service.
Joy Lynn Conrad, 32, Houlton: criminal mischief, filed without costs.
Jesse J. Degenhardt, 27, Houlton: probation violation, probation revoked and no sentence imposed.
Briady R. Dow, 23, Linneus: OUI, prior, dismissed.
Troy A. Foster, 40, Blaine: burglary, 30 months in prison; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in prison.
James P. Gantnier, 47, Sherman: domestic violence assault, nine months in jail, all but 30 days suspended and one-year probation; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Joshua Gray, 29, Linneus: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,000 fine.
Joseph R. Hamel, 27, Hodgdon: probation violation, 90 days in jail and probation revoked.
Joshua E. Hawksley, 21, Mars Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, filed on $250 costs.
William J. Hirst, III, 41, Presque Isle: violating protective order (two counts), 15 days in jail (each); and violating condition of release, 15 days in jail.
Ted E. Ivey, Jr., 32, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail and $2,000 restitution; burglary and aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed (each).
Joseph S. Legassie, 47, Presque Isle: displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $200 fine.
Ashley L. Lopez, 24, Caribou: failing to report, 30 days in jail.
Jonathan Lopez, 27, Presque Isle: failing to report, $1,000 fine and six months in prison.
Micah P. McGillicuddy, 25, Monticello: probation violation, 106 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Joshua W. Nason, 20, Houlton: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Richard Alton Parady, 40, Fort Fairfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $2,000 fine, six years in prison, all but 30 months suspended and three years’ probation.
Nicholas J. Perry, 48, probation violation, probation continued and no sentence imposed.
Carole A. Sabatis, 63, Houlton: theft by deception, dismissed.
Ryan Sheldon, 26, Houlton: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Stephanie R. Stamper, 31, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 180 days in jail, all suspended and one-year probation.
Robert W. Thompson, 39, Chester: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed without costs.
Eric S. Tweedie, 49, Houlton: domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison, all suspended and two-year probation; and violating condition of release, 110 days in jail.
Salvatore J. Valiante, III, 33, Linneus: domestic violence assault, priors, 18 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation; and violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (first) and 60 days in jail (second).
