are Craig Poulin (2004-07), Alfred Skolfield (1993-97), Andrew Demers (1987-93), Malcolm Dow of Houlton (1997-99) and current Colonel Robert Williams, who has served as chief since 2011. The two other former Colonels not present were Michael Sperry (1999-2004) and Patrick Fleming (2007-11).
